The Program

Australia Awards Indonesia is managed by Coffey on behalf of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). The goal of Australia Awards Indonesia is that: Indonesia's development is enhanced by the contribution of internationally qualified professionals and a strong and positive relationship with Australia. This will contribute across the whole scope of the Australia Indonesia Partnership, including its goal to work in partnership with Indonesia to achieve a more prosperous, safe and democratic Indonesia.

The Positions

We are currently seeking applications for the following positions for the Program:

Alumni and Communication Senior Manager - 492657

The Alumni and Communication Senior Manager will be responsible for leading a team tasked with effective, efficient and targeted engagement with alumni to support the objectives of DFAT enhanced alumni engagement strategy, taking a lead role on behalf of AAI in the development of the Strategy, and management oversight of AAI's communications, promotions and outreach activities.

Alumni and Reintegration Manager- 492658

The Alumni and Reintegration Manager will be responsible for effective, efficient and targeted engagement with alumni to support the objectives of DFAT enhanced alumni engagement strategy and to support the development of the Strategy.

Short Course Manager - 492662

The Short Course Manager will work under the direction of the Short Course Adviser to ensure quality of delivery of Australia Awards Short Course. The Short Course Manager will also include managing all phases of the short course cycle, from stakeholder consultation, identification of opportunities, leading input to course designs, developing course workplans and budgets, managing the administration of tenders.

Short Course Coordinator - 492663

The Short Course Coordinator will work under the direction of the Short Course Manager to ensure quality of delivery of Australia Awards Short Course. The Short Course Coordinator may include contributing to all phases of the short course cycle, from stakeholder consultation, identification of opportunities, providing input to course designs, developing course work-plans and budgets, supporting the administration of tenders.
