Aliansi Jurnalis Independen (AJI) Indonesia, Internews dan Kedutaan Belanda mengundang jurnalis Indonesia, untuk mengikuti program “Workshop on Human Rights Reporting”. Sebanyak 25 orang jurnalis terpilih akan mendapatkan kesempatan mengikuti pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman jurnalis mengenai bagaimana meliput isu Hak Asasi Manusia dan memperhatikan hak kelompok minoritas.

The John Darling Fellowship

The John Darling Fellowship is supported by the Monash Herb Feith Indonesian Engagement Centre and was offered for the first time in 2018. The fellowship is designed to provide an opportunity for emerging Australian documentary and ethnographic filmmakers to experience the vibrancy of contemporary Indonesian film, arts and cultural production, and to collaborate and exchange ideas with Indonesian film-making peers.

Applications Open for the 2019 English Language Training Assistance

Program English Language Training Assistance (ELTA, atau program Bantuan Pelatihan Bahasa Inggris) dirancang untuk menunjang para pendaftar yang memenuhi kriteria beasiswa namun memiliki tingkat kemahiran bahasa Inggris di bawah persyaratan minimal IELTS 5,0 untuk pendaftaran Australia Awards Scholarships.

Elizabeth O’Neill Journalism Award
Minister for Foreign Affairs, Senator the Hon Marise Payne, has announced the opening of applications for the 2019 Elizabeth O'Neill Journalism Award.

The Elizabeth O'Neill Journalism Award commemorates the distinguished career of Elizabeth O'Neill OAM who died in service of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Indonesia on 7 March 2007. The Award builds on her tireless work to foster mutual understanding of Australia and Indonesia through accurate and informed media coverage.

The Women in Asia Conference is excited to welcome over 120 speakers in 45 panels for this event. We are reopening abstract submissions for a very limited time until 21 February 2019. We strongly encourage applicants to also take the opportunity to register before the early bird date.
